Preparing for Your Initial Design Meeting
What items do I need to bring to my consultation?
Please bring the following items to your initial design consultation:
- Wish List Items: ex. Bedroom quantity, bathroom quantity, special features, etc.
- Sample floor plans
- Pictures of exteriors or features
- If available
- Certified site map
- Lot restrictions
- Covenants/ HOA bylaws
- Existing house plans (if remodel or addition)
- Exterior images of existing house (if remodel or addition)
What items do I need to have for a site visit?
If your home design requires a site visit, please have the following items ready for our designer:
- Access to area of new construction
- If available
- Certified site map
- Covenants/ HOA bylaws
- Existing house plans

Our home designer is based in Allenton, but services all Zuern locations. Find a showroom near you to get started!
Fees and Disclaimers
Fees
- Site measures/design consultations – minimum of a $200 deposit
- New home construction – charged by the square foot (additional charges may apply)
- Additions/remodels/garages/decks/revisions – are charged on an hourly bases

- Mechanical, electrical, and cabinet drawings by others
- Construction services are not offered
